Last night I had a homeowners nightmare. I came home to find water flooding the bathroom floor. I called P and S and they promptly answered the phone and sent Aaron over. Turned out it was sewer water! The common drainage from my townhouse was clogged and other units were affected as well. Aaron ended up having to get another plumber to help him and pick up a heavy duty machine. The both of them worked so so hard to clear the clog, even in the pouring rain. They are both super polite and professional and kept at it until the job was done . I appreciate them so much and would recommend them to anyone. I almost never write reviews but these guys deserve an outstanding one!! ~ Nina H

I am so blessed by P & S plumbing Honolulu! I found a slow leak in my apartment. My maintenance man found the problem and called P & S Plumbing Honolulu. To my surprise they came the same day, and was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than they promised! That was impressive to say the least! Aaron and Mike were professionals in every sense of the word! They were very kind and respectful! Twenty minutes later, they were done! Wow! And they cleaned up to! They are truly a BLESSING! I highly recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs! They will NOT disappoint! Thank you guys so much!!!! Not sure on my review was about the cost. I'm so happy with my P&S Plumbing services. I'm not one to normally submit a review, but truly felt the need to give a shout out for such excellent service. Aaron C. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to details to better assess the situation. He finds the best resolution and his response to an emergency bathroom flood/leak was quick and efficient. Aaron is definitely a huge asset to the company. My siblings are both construction company owners and I'll definitely be sharing my wonderful experience with them for future recommendations. I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping. Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were also completely upfront about the total cost, with no surprises. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. My renter called me tonight at 10:30p, panicked, because his unit had a leak in the wall behind the water heater, and water was spilling out into the hallway. Spent the next 45 minutes calling 6, 7 different plumbing companies, all which supposedly had 24/7 repair service. P&S Plumbing was the ONLY one who was ultra responsive and actually had someone out who could come out—not tomorrow, not Monday, but TONIGHT! By 12 midnight, Aaron was checking the issue…and within 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, even went up to talk to the two units above to find the culprit of the leak…and then called to explain to me what happened. My renter and I are BEYOND grateful! Mahalo to Aaron for his prompt and professional service…and to Gary (and Carla?) who took our initial calls and reassured us that they would have someone over in a few minutes! Recommend: reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and efficient work, willing to answer questions and to be quite truthful about the need for services and the costs involved. Yes, Aaron and Mikey actually will try to save you money, and keep you from spending money you do not need (or even have) to spend. Their honesty is refreshing. Back to the work: they are quick, but not in a hurry, and very thorough. They ask before doing more than you knew to ask them to do in the first place. And the work is complete, and done well. I have never in my life had a service that exceeded my expectations more than tonight. I had an emergency leak flooding my apartment with no clear source. After calling the P&S past their regular work hours, Aaron was on the scene within an hour. He went above and beyond with his service and professionalism. Not only did he find a completely hidden leak in the pipes, he walked me through his entire process and even gave recommendations on how I should handle the insurance aspect of the water damage. Called P&S Plumbing to help us with our toilet that was whistling and to change the pipes under our bathroom sink. We were able to make an appointment shortly after calling. Aaron arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional with his assessment of our issues. He completed the job promptly. We were very impressed with the quality of work. Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking. First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately. Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. I called for an emergency leak and even though the price was more than I could do at the time, I still wanted to leave this review because Aaron was awesome. He was super helpful, took his time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He didn’t pressure me at all and really just tried to help. He even met with me and helped me figure out what parts I needed so I could take care of it myself. I was stressed out and he made the situation way easier. Aaron and Mike have been doing some work on the apartment complex I am the resident manager of, the two of them have been above and beyond the work requested. They handled 5 different tasks in different units in 1 day with smiles on their faces and it was a pleasure to watch the skills go to work. They took care of 2 broken pipes on the outside of the building professionally and quickly. Aaron and his co-plumber did an excellent job. What’s important to me was they were straight up and did what was.necessary to address the problem and no more! All servicing cost were upfront depending on the problem encountered. They were very professional, polite and tidy. With any repair service You need to be able to trust that you are not being charged for repairs that aren’t necessary, unlike another popular plumming company I got a quote from prior. Big mahalos to Aaron for helping our family out with an ongoing issue we were having with our kitchen sink. We live in a townhome where our plumbing is connected to three other units and our sink kept getting backed up every other week. We contacted our landlord & resident manager who immediately connected with P & S Plumbing. I called P&S Plumbing for an outside shut-off valve and pressure valve issue and was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They also installed new water hose spigots. The receptionist, Charlene, called back immediately and was extremely helpful and professional. A big mahalo to the P&S Plumbing crew for coming up clutch for my water mitigation company. I got a call in the middle of the night from one of our former clients. Mike and Aaron came to fix a toilet. Professional, friendly . Called when they were on the way, explained clearly their thinking and what they were going to do. Very kind in showing the wipes used that were flushed and caused the toilet to plug. I'm sure that's a common cause and should be common sense not to do by owner. Fixed the issues promptly. We are very happy with their service and communication! We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated. Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from. Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact. They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. Aaron and Mikey, Were great. They did a beautiful job installing everything. They come to my house to install the sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products that they were installing. My dishwasher didn’t come with Brackets to install it to the countertop. Mikey went out of his way and looked up the product that I needed to order. So i knew what it was. I thought that was very thoughtful 😃. ~ mandy o

P & S Plumbing LLC workers Aaron & Mike were an awesome team ,they both were very nice and respectful and they were prompt and arrived on time also they were very honest in explaining to me what needed to be done in order to fix the clog in the bathroom’s main line.They had unclogged the main line pipes and had explained that due to the roots and rocks the sewer line pipes needed to be changed or it would only be a continuous problem with the clogged pipes, they had snaked the main lines and had returned to change the sewer lines outside the house that was underground. I couldn’t have been more blessed than to have made the decision to call P & S Plumbing because they were a godsend in helping me to fix the plumbing problem in my home.I truly recommend that if you have a plumbing problem P & S Plumbing LLC is the best company to consider! Also I needed a spigot put on a pipe so that I could connect a water hose and all I had to do was ask Aaron and he did it for me with no hesitation that is an example of how awesome they are! Our experience with P+S was truly five star. Gary is knowledgeable, fast responding, honest and highly efficient. We'd had several bids, and Gary was the star, fixing a problem with no fuss, VERY FAIR PRICING, and friendly service. We can't recommend P+S more highly. Services rendered on the North Shore (Pupukea), to an aging home, were: main drain cleaning/clearing of clog, Snake camera, tech expertise, and pulling/reset of toilet for drain access. I found P&S after a last-minute scheduling disaster with another plumbing company — their dispatch called me the morning of my appointment to push back my window by 2 hours, which I couldn't accommodate because I had clients scheduled. I called P&S immediately and speaking with Beth was a total breath of fresh air. She was warm, professional, and got me booked within 2 days at a time that actually worked for me. Aaron and Mike arrived right on time — no games, no window-shuffling. They were completely professional from start to finish. I had already purchased a garbage disposal but they noticed it was missing a cable. They had a trade-grade Wolverine Brass 1/2 HP unit on hand as a replacement. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated that — I'm a little niele so I ask a lot of questions, and they were patient and explained everything clearly without making me feel like I was in the way. In and out in one hour. FIXED what no other plumber was able to fix!!! After getting stood up by another company I finally got referred to Aaron and Mikey. THANK GOD! I was so tired of taking cold showers and nobody could fix it. They got in here, took a look at my water heater identified the issue, got the part and diligently got the hot water up and running.
