My renter called me tonight at 10:30p, panicked, because his unit had a leak in the wall behind the water heater, and water was spilling out into the hallway. Spent the next 45 minutes calling 6, 7 different plumbing companies, all which supposedly had 24/7 repair service. P&S Plumbing was the ONLY one who was ultra responsive and actually had someone out who could come out—not tomorrow, not Monday, but TONIGHT! By 12 midnight, Aaron was checking the issue…and within 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, even went up to talk to the two units above to find the culprit of the leak…and then called to explain to me what happened. My renter and I are BEYOND grateful! Mahalo to Aaron for his prompt and professional service…and to Gary (and Carla?) who took our initial calls and reassured us that they would have someone over in a few minutes! You guys rock! ~ Susan
I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping. Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were also completely upfront about the total cost, with no surprises. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend P & S Plumbing, and especially Aaron and Mikey, for anyone dealing with plumbing issues. ~ Mimi Y
This review does NOT apply to the service as we haven’t had it yet, but rather for the initial call to book. I had to call this place probably 6 separate times for my job in order to gather information and I had assumed they would’ve been sick of me by now, since I was sick of calling them myself. I was in a bad mood and didn’t want to schedule anything, but a lady named Beth answered. Immediately reminded me of my Mom, and somehow made a call that wasn’t even uncomfortable, comfortable. I’m probably overthinking this, but her mood genuinely made me lighten up and realize it’s not that deep - having to call tons of companies every day sucks until I get to speak to a kind lady like Beth who makes what I’m doing 1000% easier without her even realizing. Give that lady her promotion and an extended vacation! ~ Hunter C
